Refund policy

Returns: You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unopened and still sealed. For hygiene reasons, nipple cream cannot be returned.

Return shipping: The customer pays for return shipping. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

How to start a return: Write to us through our contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send you the instructions. Returns go to: The Milk Supply, 9311 FM 1488 Rd, Ste 30 - 1021, Magnolia, TX 77354.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the returned items to your original payment method.
